Raphael SOMMET : CNRS Researcher
I am a Permanent Researcher at XLIM, a Research institute from the CNRS, in the C2S2 team “Nonlinear Microwave Circuits and Subsystems. My research interests concern heterojunction-bipolar transistor device simulation, 3-D thermal finite element simulation, model order reduction, microwave circuit simulation, and generally the coupling of all physics-based simulation with circuit simulation.
